About the Role
We require a hands-on technical leader to work in a collaborative, fast paced agile environment. You will be required to:
- Drive the design and development of scalable, highly performant, highly available enterprise application solutions.
- Collaborate cross functionally with local and remote technical teams to ensure we always deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.
- Innovate constantly while committing efficient, robust and maintainable code within an OO framework.
- Relentlessly champion code quality by delivering reliable unit, integration, and system level tests to run on our CD pipeline.
- Partner effectively with product and senior stakeholders to drive product vision.
- Communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to drive effective decision making with senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver to high standards by actively contributing to pair programming initiatives, interactive code reviews, design reviews, brown bags and innovation focused hackathons
- Contribute to architectural review groups and present feature designs to broad audiences.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience with Web application development and/or SaaS (Software as a Service)
- You have demonstrated the ability to build scalable, highly performant and highly available enterprise business applications while owning the business outcomes.
- You have demonstrated a strong understanding of performance engineering and performance testing principles.
- You are a master collaborator and relationship builder. You have proactively built alliances with cross team technical peers and leaders.
- You have demonstrated the ability to stay ahead of the industry technology and business trends.
Other Qualifications:
- A background in HCM applications development.
- Team Leadership and/or Software architecture experience.
- Experience with Integration technologies.
- Proven Experience with modern UI technologies such as React.
- Metadata-driven definitional development experience.
Our Approach to Flexible Work
