About the Role:

As a Strategic Outbound BDR at Tempo Software, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business growth and customer expansion for our Mid-Market and Enterprise teams. Your focus will be on proactively identifying, researching, and engaging with organizations that match our ideal customer profile.

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through multi-channel outbound prospecting, building account-level strategies, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to penetrate strategic accounts. Success in this role requires persistence, creativity, and a strong ability to tailor messaging to executive-level stakeholders.

Candidate must be located in Ireland, London, Spain, or Portugal.

What you'll do:

  • Developing and executing outbound prospecting strategies for named and targeted accounts

  • Identifying decision-makers and uncovering business challenges through research, calls, emails, and social channels

  • Creating tailored outreach campaigns that align with Tempo’s value proposition

  • Generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities to support revenue targets

  • Partnering with AEs to build account plans and multi-thread outreach strategies

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records on account activity, opportunities, and key insights

  • Staying current on industry trends, competitors, and product updates to strengthen outbound positioning

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of outbound B2B sales development experience, ideally in SaaS

  • Skilled at researching and mapping Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts to identify key stakeholders and buying signals

  • Confident in prospecting into new accounts using cold calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and resilient when driving outbound activity and overcoming objections

  • Strong communicator with the ability to deliver value-driven messaging to senior decision-makers

  • Organized and able to manage multi-threaded outreach strategies across multiple strategic accounts

  • Collaborative partner to Account Executives, supporting account plans and pipeline progression

  • Familiar with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and other outbound prospecting tools
