Location

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, or Ireland.

This is a full-time, remote position. We do not offer B2B or contractor arrangements.

 About

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound BDR, you will play a critical role in driving Lokalise’s growth by generating qualified opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline. Your ability to research, engage, and nurture potential customers will directly contribute to Lokalise’s mission of helping businesses streamline their localization efforts.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospects.  You Will
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lokalise’s value proposition and effectively communicate it to business leaders across various industries.
  • Systematically research and identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with Lokalise’s solutions, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to personalise campaigns and create tailored messaging for specific target personas.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities, engagement data, and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets through disciplined execution.
  • Actively participate in sales team meetings, providing insights and feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
 You Must Have
  • A strong desire to build a career in sales, ideally with some prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Native or fluent-level English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate and professional phone and email manner.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and persevere in challenging situations.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting technologies.
 It’s a Plus If You Have
  • Native or professional fluency in an additional European language, such as German or French.
  • Experience in the localisation or translation management industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced outreach tools like Outreach.io or Salesloft.
  • An understanding of SaaS sales metrics and processes.
