Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant

Security Clearance Requirement:
You must be SC Cleared or eligible for SC Clearance. To qualify, you must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years.

Join a Growing Oracle Managed Services Team

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant to join our expanding Managed Services practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a functional specialist who enjoys solving problems, supporting clients, and driving continuous improvement across Oracle HCM environments.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing client solutions, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful ongoing delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll within a Managed Service model.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day functional application support across multiple clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality, timely resolutions
  • Offer expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll processes, configuration, and best practices
  • Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions
  • Support continuous improvement and optimisation of client systems
  • Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and solution input
  • Work closely with end users and stakeholders remotely, building strong relationships
  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation and maintain knowledge assets

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

You will have

  • Proven experience (3–4+ years) working with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll
  • Experience supporting at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional design
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a Managed Services environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capability

Desirable Experience

You will have:

  • Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent)
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Broader HR process knowledge from a business perspective
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
