Job Description

Miratech is looking for a Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo Support Engineer on a full-time basis remote to join our distributed team for US based client. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support according to SLAs for Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo, resolving complex issues
  • Manage and configure modules including Core HR, Payroll, etc.
  • Handle user access management, security roles.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support to escalate and resolve critical issues.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Maximize efficient usage of standard functionality of Applications (Fusion, Taleo) with minimum of any kind of code customization required.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize custom reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Taleo reporting tools.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Taleo.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Expertise in Oracle Taleo, including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Taleo Insights.
  • Strong understanding of data security, user roles, and access management within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.

Nice to have:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
  • Oracle Taleo Cloud Certification.
