The Role & What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented placement student to join our team, providing key support in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead, contributing to ongoing projects while gaining practical industry experience.

Assist in the coordination of ongoing project tasks, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.

Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for continuous improvement projects.

Create and update workflows.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Work with software and tools to monitor project progress, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with the team.

Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions for operational efficiency, through conducting risk analysis etc.

Measure and report on project performance communicate effectively with all stakeholders responsible for completing various phases of program/projects.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

Industrial Engineering or any relevant Engineering major (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Software Engineering, etc).

Strong interest in the use of modern technology
-
Continuous Improvement mindset
-
Ability to work with others, receptive to feedback and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Analytical, detail-focused; thrives in a role requiring problem-solving and data analysis.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, with good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
