About this role:

Join the Wholesale Lending Operations team as an experienced operations specialist, focusing on Supply Chain Finance. Your role involves overseeing all operational aspects of Supply Chain Finance transactions, implementing and maintaining controls in accounting and reconciliation processes. Additionally, you'll support management in executing ad hoc initiatives/projects related to Supply Chain Finance processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action within defined scope of responsibility,

  • Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation,

  • Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with appropriate course of required action.

  • Analyze and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures and compliance regulations.

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals,

  • Create, input/verify Flexcube transactions/accounting journals as required.

  • Generate manual journal entries to subsystem and general ledger when required (Eagle).

  • Assist in the resolution of Nostro reconciliation breaks and subsequent case Investigation.

  • Ensure that processes, procedures and controls are rigidly adhered to and maintained to reflect the latest process and control steps.

  • Complete all month end tasks in relation to statements, reconciliation, reporting.

  • Support the Team Manager with BAU, change initiatives and adhoc asks, as required.

  • Support audit reviews, namely EBCE, IT&V, COSO, IA and external audit.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage diverse work streams, ensuring priorities are managed in line with management’s expectations.

  • Demonstrate and practice the Wells Fargo behavioral expectations,
