The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing our daily financial operations, operational activities, and providing exceptional customer support. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success of AIPRM and RAGIDX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational and financial activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor financial transactions and budget to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices, optimizing processes for better efficiency.
- Lead customer support efforts, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with different teams to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on operations and financial status for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other external partners.
- Residency in Ireland is mandatory.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of financial management, operational processes, and customer support.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
