Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Operation Associate - Quick Commerce to join our team in Greece.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the operational success and satisfaction of our partner network across the country. You will be the face of our company in the field, travelling to partner sites to train, troubleshoot, and build strong relationships. You’ll need to bring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset, with a proven ability to manage relationships and drive performance on the ground.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Tech Support, Customer Service, and the central Operations department to resolve issues and streamline daily processes. By providing direct, on-site support and expert guidance, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance partner efficiency, boost satisfaction, and create a measurable impact on our local market coverage.
Our mission is to build strong, trust-based relationships with our partners, drive operational excellence in the field, enhance the partner and customer experience, and play a crucial role in strengthening our company's presence across Greece.
What you’ll do:
- Travel to partner locations across Greece to onboard, train, and provide continuous support on our technology, procedures, and policies.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, troubleshooting operational issues in collaboration with Tech Support and Customer Service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders and store managers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify, report, and propose solutions for performance and operational challenges to the Operations department.
- Track partner performance metrics and create organized reports to provide actionable insights based on company goals.
- Dive deep into day-to-day issues to conduct root cause analysis and ensure long-term solutions are implemented effectively.
- Proven experience in Field Operations, Account Management, or a similar role, with a track record of managing external partners.
- A strong customer-centric mindset and exceptional service skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and related software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
