We are now looking for an experienced Object Code Administrator with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
The Object Code Administrator performs indicatively the following tasks:
- Installs application software on central and peripheral information systems (including Azure Cloud Applications) and confirms correct software installation.
- Implements and manages the program execution flow in the MVS ControlM Job scheduling application
- Implements file transfer flows and monitors their successful execution.
- Co-ordination and execution of application software deployment of "Releases promotions", "Bug fixing releases" and "ad-hoc data fixes" of the Bank's Central and Peripheral Information Systems.
- Implementation and monitoring of exchange of files to and from internal systems/units of the Bank and external organizations
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in application information systems
- Degree AEI/TEI in Information Systems or related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.
- Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems.
- Communicative character with customer orientation, flexibility and adaptability.
- Spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Result Orientation.
Knowledge/Expertise:
- Good Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems
- Good Knowledge in Java applications related software deployment method and tools.
- Good Knowledge in Azure Cloud Application software deployment methods and tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software package.
Preferred (optional) knowledge/expertise:
- of at least one operating system of IBM Mainframes OS/390 (MVS) and AS/400.
- especially for IBM OS/390 in:
- workflow programming systems (JCL, Control-M).
- Endevor software deployment tool.
