We deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency and excellence across the enterprise. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our Global Network Team.
 
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Network Engineer with deep expertise in routing, switching, wireless technologies, and emerging network automation practices. This hands-on role involves supporting major global clients, deploying and optimising enterprise networks, and contributing to automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, collaborative, and forward-thinking—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise-class routing, switching, and wireless networks across multiple client environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot advanced Layer 2/3 features including VRFs, VLANs, VXLAN overlays, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, RSVP, and MST
  • Analyse Wi-Fi surveys and generate reports using Ekahau; perform RF tuning based on client coverage requirements
  • Design and support data centre network architectures including spine-leaf topologies and EVPN-based overlays
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure design consistency and adherence to architectural standards
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to assess requirements, resolve issues, and deliver project-based solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness for internal and client support teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
    • Layer 2 protocols: MST, VLANs, STP
    • Advanced technologies: VRFs, MPLS, RSVP, VXLAN, SD-WAN
    • Wireless solutions: Cisco or Aruba WLAN
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Catalyst Centre, Meraki Cloud, Juniper MIST, Arista CloudVision)
  • Hands-on experience with data centre networking technologies:
    • Spine-leaf architectures
    • VXLAN with EVPN
    • BGP-based control planes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within fast-paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications:
    • Cisco (CCNP)
    • Juniper (JNCIS)
    • Arista (ACE L3–5)
  • Experience with global enterprise environments, including campus and data centre architectures
  • Understanding of network security best practices (segmentation, NAC)
  • Exposure to automation frameworks (Ansible, Python, REST APIs)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
  • Ability to translate designs into implementation-ready Bill of Materials
  • Experience with SDN and SD-WAN technologies
Work Environment & Travel
  • Remote role with travel when required, including international assignments, based on client needs (up to 20–25%)
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
  • Flexibility to attend onsite meetings or deployments as required
