Job Description:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a National Account Manager on our confectionery team. What are we looking for?
Experience in Sales, Marketing, for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
Prior Retail Account Management experience
Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen and trade management system
Availability to travel 10% of time
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
What will be your key responsibilities?
Delivery of key financial metrics, NSV and TS %
Be category partner of choice with your account.
Own customer plan/Joint Business Plan with major Grocery accounts to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin
Own category account P&L to deliver on target business shape
Own category and brand execution in-store at account in the context of Perfect Store by
Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels
Translating promo playbook into a tailored customer promo plan
Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI)
Own Account volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo)
