About the Role
The Named Channel Account Manager (WWT & Optiv) role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives through strategic partnerships with WWT and Optiv. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and engaging key stakeholders at both organizations to drive revenue, lead sales enablement efforts, deliver technical training, and coordinate joint marketing activities. This is a strategic and visible role that will contribute significantly to NinjaOne's continued channel success and expansion in the midmarket and enterprise space.
Location: We are flexible on remote working from home if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA , CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, & VA.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, qualify, and enable WWT and Optiv teams to drive NinjaOne-sourced deals.
- Develop and execute a channel sales motion in alignment with NinjaOne Account Executives to achieve business goals and quotas.
- Articulate the value of NinjaOne's Partner Program and conduct product demos for partner stakeholders.
- Own a territory plan and forecast for WWT and Optiv accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to support partner initiatives.
- Travel as needed to meet with WWT and Optiv teams across various locations.
- Expand NinjaOne's presence by forging relationships at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
- Other duties as needed.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers.
- Experience with WWT and Optiv
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to create win-win solutions for NinjaOne and its partners.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to independently identify and qualify opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and convey compelling narratives.
- Skilled in developing territory and partner business plans, and measuring success through KPIs and ROI.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior partner executives.

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 with OTE of $200,000-$250,000.
