Job Description
The EMEA Multinationals Payments Sales team, in Dubin, oversees managing multinational client relationships across the region. Working closely with the Global Corporate Bank and other Banking Product verticals, the team delivers innovative payment solutions. The role will independently manage a portfolio of primary headquartered clients. The role involves identifying and executing new business opportunities with global clients, leveraging relationships across The Region. The Vice Presidentwill handle both existing and prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Sells the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services which covers core cash clearing, liquidity management and foreign exchange solutions; merchant services and trade & working capital.
- Partners closely with parent Headquarter (HQ) and country coverage teams to promote global and regional efforts to expand existing business with current clients and proactively identify and align target prospective clients on delivering new Payments revenue.
- Understands the unique challenges and requirements in the industry/client segment and partner with internal stakeholders in the development, implementation and delivery of complex products and solutions
- Builds trusted, long-term Payments business relationships by taking a holistic and forward-looking view on our relationships, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business/treasury objectives
- Engages clients at strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client lead framework
- Creates strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning
- Leads and coordinate regional Request For Proposals (RFP's) with parent HQ and country coverage teams
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Must be able to demonstrate a considerable level of relevant experience in Payments sales or related areas with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win and close new businesses
- Solid knowledge in cash & liquidity management products and understanding of compliance and Know Your Client (KYC) processes
- Effective selling, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent partnership and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Exposure to various functions including coverage, sales, client service, operations preferred
- Deep Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills
