In this role, you'll help shape impactful advertising strategies across both airports, while building strong relationships within the Irish media industry. The successful candidate will be confident pitching standout ideas, negotiating trading deals, and driving innovative brand solutions across our growing media estate.

 

This role plays a key part in upholding daa’s reputation for excellence in customer and 3rd party management. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to campaign and stakeholder management.

 

This role will be appointed on a personal contract basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow advertising revenue across Airport Media Sales' Dublin and Cork Airport portfolios.

  • Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with media agencies and Out of Home (OOH) specialists, ensuring a premium client experience.

  • Lead day‑to‑day account management on active and upcoming campaigns, driving best‑in‑market performance.

  • Conduct site tours at Dublin and Cork Airports, showcasing media opportunities and helping agencies and brands understand the scale, impact and context of our formats.

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across our full range of formats: Digital, Static, Sponsorships and Creative Solutions.

  • Support and advance our Digital Transformation, helping commercialise new Digital OOH opportunities across both airports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across the airport campuses to create impactful, innovative brand experiences.

  • Work closely with Media Sales Administration to manage campaign options, bookings and delivery.

  • Regularly present to agency teams, positioning airport media as a must‑consider channel in media planning.

  • Represent Airport Media Sales at key industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience within media agencies and/or media owner environments, with a proven revenue‑growth track record.

  • Strong understanding of the Irish advertising landscape.

  • Experience trading or selling Digital Out of Home (DOOH) is desirable.

  • A well‑established network of agency and OOH specialist contacts is desirable.

  • Skilled in negotiating trading deals with OOH specialists and agency groups.

  • Experience developing or mentoring colleagues.

  • Excellent presentation, storytelling and pitch‑development skills.

  • Strong influencing skills at senior levels.

  • Commercially driven, adaptable and resilient with a consistent ability to deliver results.
