Background to the role:

The Digital Content Executive will lead the production of high-quality video and podcast content from the firm's in-house studio facilities. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the role will be responsible for filming, editing, publishing and promoting multimedia content that supports the firm's brand, client engagement and employer branding objectives. The role will also support wider marketing activities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, film and edit video content for client, employer brand and internal communication campaigns. 
  • Produce and manage the firm's podcast programme from recording through to publishing. 
  • Operate and maintain studio equipment including cameras, lighting and audio systems. 
  • Develop video and podcast distribution plans across social media, website and other digital channels. 
  • Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on audience engagement data. 
  • Support livestreams, webinar recordings and event content production. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging video, podcast and social media trends.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
  • 3+ years' experience filming and editing professional-quality video content.
  • Experience producing and publishing podcast content.
  • Strong knowledge of video formats and social media optimisation.
  • Experience operating camera, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
  • An eye for detail and excellent time management.

Desirable:
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
  • Experience managing YouTube, Vimeo or podcast hosting platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and content performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, Happy Scribe, Wirecast.
