Responsibilities :

JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing collateral (print, digital, and video) to support AP and local initiatives. The coordinator will manage requests, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. The role will also support event execution, demand generation, and partner onboarding, with a significant increase in activity and complexity expected due to the Lexmark-to-Xerox rebranding in 2026.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate creation of print collateral (brochures, flyers, large format prints, event invitations).
  • Coordinate creation of digital collateral (emails, newsletters, landing pages).
  • Translate stakeholders needs detailed creative briefs including copywriting.
  • Support the creation and prioritization of short-form video content for partners and customers, including product intros, how-to’s, and partner stories.
  • Liaise with Central, WW, Cebu, and India marketing teams to fulfil requests via Workfront or email.
  • Pre-validate drafts to reduce review cycles at country level.
  • Arrange corrections and manage final approvals.
  • Execute urgent collateral creation from scratch or by reusing proven templates.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support event preparation and execution (online and face-to-face).
  • Assist with Demand Generation lead follow-up and tracking.
  • Assist with partner onboarding (sales tools, demo guides, training content, brand usage & style guidelines, system access, incentive program communications).
  • Support partner offboarding including system access removal.
  • Ensure partners use Lexmark marketing portals for asset access, claims, and campaign tracking.
  • Administrative Support: assist with budgeting, vendor management, POS, and invoice processing for marketing activities.

  • Prepare for and manage increased activity related to the Lexmark-to-Xerox rebranding, including collateral updates, campaign refreshes, and stakeholder coordination.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of marketing principles through prior experience or completion of relevant coursework/certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office. Preferably with knowledge on SAP, Ariba, and Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of basic business transactions such as vendor management, sourcing, POs and bids.
  • Good command of the English language in written and oral communications.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Team player that excels at building strong, functional work relationships across teams and departments.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Has attention to details.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a business environment.
