We are looking for a dynamic, driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns in addition to supporting the general marketing team with other projects. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and collaborative.

This position is a fully remote position with travel in the United States 3-4 time per year.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  • Create and execute engaging email campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop email strategies that drive results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Segment email lists to target specific audiences with tailored content.
  • Monitor email analytics, generate reports, and make recommendations for improvements.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage content calendars for organic social media platforms (Meta, IG)
  • Develop creative, engaging, and brand-appropriate content tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and inquiries on social media.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social strategies.

General Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain alignment with brand tone and messaging across all channels.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of digital and print materials as needed.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in email marketing, social media, and digital content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing email marketing, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Social media experience, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic graphic design tools
    (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or social media management.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and social media algorithms.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or within the medical field.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.

  • The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Pay is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.
