As a Programs Specialist at Workvivo, you’ll be at the heart of building and scaling our marketing programs.
Working closely with the Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll help transform our initiatives into a must-have powerhouse that drives brand awareness and generates pipeline across every stage of the funnel. Expect to work creatively and strategically to develop strong relationships with key influencers, build a vibrant community around our brand, and lead virtual events that spark engagement. Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates.

  • Supporting the execution of virtual event strategies to attract and engage audiences at scale.

  • Crafting collaborative campaigns with influencers to drive brand awareness and establish Workvivo as a leading brand.

  • Creating and executing campaigns that connect with our audience, positioning Workvivo as the go-to brand in employee engagement and internal comms.

  • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing programs for engagement, awareness, and lead generation.

  • Measuring the impact of programs to ensure every initiative drives measurable outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in marketing programs, including influencer management, community cultivation, virtual event coordination, and social media oversight in the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Be capable of building impactful programs from 0 → 100 and have a creative mindset.

  • Be skilled in building relationships with influencers and crafting unique experiences that engage audiences

  • Be execution-focused with the ability to understand the creation and running of events, as well as post-event strategies. Collaborate closely with content & creative teams and social agencies to align influencer and event strategies with broader brand goals.

  • Support the build of the marketing programs function to become a high-impact engine that helps achieve strategic goals.

  • Possess experience or familiarity with HubSpot to track program performance
