Responsibilities
Building and managing relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and brand advocates.
Creating and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, credibility, and community growth—especially on LinkedIn.
Leading and support virtual events and activations that engage prospects and amplify our market presence.
Elevating LinkedIn as a key content and engagement platform for Workvivo — developing strategies to grow reach and impact.
Collaborating with internal content, creative, and social teams to ensure influencer and event strategies align with brand and demand goals.
Launching programs that position Workvivo as the go-to platform for employee engagement and internal communication.
Tracking and report on program performance—analyzing data to continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and pipeline.
What we’re looking for
3+ years experience in B2B marketing programs, with a strong focus on influencer engagement, community building, and virtual events.
Proven expertise using LinkedIn as a key marketing channel for thought leadership, community engagement, and demand generation.
Strong relationship-building skills—have the confidence to reach out and collaborate with industry voices.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, human content and campaigns.
Detail-oriented, and have a project management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
Experienced using tools like HubSpot and virtual event platforms to manage, track, and optimize programs.
