About the Role

The Marketing Specialist leads product positioning and messaging for the Portuguese market, runs local launches and campaigns, supports sales and specialist teams, and uses insights to improve performance.

This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for a strong communicator who can turn global strategy into stories and campaigns that resonate with Portuguese SMBs.

Responsibilities

You will help drive marketing initiatives from idea to execution, working closely with Digital and Inside Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Run local lead generation campaigns and support sales priorities.

  • Localize and optimize marketing content, offers, and visuals for the Portuguese market.

  • Manage agencies, specialists, and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns.

  • Create customer communications and email marketing to drive engagement, adoption, and retention.

  • Develop content for digital and offline channels including website, social media, email, events, and sales materials.

  • Support events, field activations, and sales enablement to boost brand visibility and leads.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve campaigns and strategy.

  • Create sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo scripts.

  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and persuasive across all channels.

Your Story

  • Around 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or a similar role (B2B, SaaS, or fintech preferred).

  • Proven experience leading launches and structured GTM initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Comfortable using data to prioritize and measure impact.

  • Experience creating sales enablement and specialist-facing materials.

  • Native Portuguese and strong working English.

  • Based in Porto or Lisbon, with regular in-office collaboration.
