We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support our expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
Together with our current APAC field marketing team, you will support the development and execution of the regional marketing plan. Your goal is to drive regional demand generation and increase pipeline influence to support our plan to humbly dominate the global market for supply chain & retail planning software.
You will work closely with our global Campaigns and local field marketing teams. With rich contents that global and local team created, you will be responsible for working with APAC local digital channels (such as retail associations, local 3rd party agencies, Baidu/WeChat, etc.) to drive great responses and generating qualified leads. You will work closely with field marketing, sales and business development team for implementing impactful digital campaigns and webinars that increase brand awareness, generate new pipeline, or expand existing customer relationships.
This is a rare opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with all go-to-market teams to build and execute a key component of our global GTM strategy. This includes executing global digital campaigns for APAC market, owning the planning and execution of local campaigns, providing ongoing monthly and quarterly marketing updates to key stakeholders, and owning budget and KPI dashboards. In this role, you will closely partner with sales and cross-functional marketing teams, acting as a strategic business partner responsible for localized programs to accelerate lead generation, grow enterprise pipeline and velocity, and increase brand awareness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work in close alignment with the global campaign team and regional sales, marketing & business development team to deliver and execute effective digital campaign strategies and plans.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for key target accounts in the region
- Work with Central Marketing Functions to leverage corporate wide marketing capabilities and ensure compliance to corporate marketing standards around Brand, social media, and campaign.
- Liaise and work closely with alliances partners on co-marketing and GTM development.
- Measure and report out on all campaign results and ROI. Monitor, analyze and share recommendations for future plans with the marketing and sales team.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Degree holder, preferably in marketing or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience in digital marketing, specifically in leads generation via local channels such as associations and local agencies, etc.
- Experience in running highly targeted marketing activities; ability to create compelling messages tailored to the nuances of each account.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Outstanding skills in project management, prioritization, and planning & execution, with effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in a B2B fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Experience partnering with sales and business development teams

- Experience in SEA/ANZ/China and/or Japan market
