Required Qualifications

· Relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

· Approximately five years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, or field marketing.

· Experience developing campaign content and supporting creative, digital, event, and sales enablement activity.

· Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences, channels, and customer needs.

· Good project management capability, with strong planning, prioritisation, deadline management, and follow-through.

· Commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, account engagement, and business priorities.

· Experience in technology, telecom, cybersecurity, software, or similarly technical B2B environments.

· Practical experience with tools and channels such as Salesforce CRM, Pardot, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.

· Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders in an international organisation.
