We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.
This role reports to our Director of Sales & Marketing, and will play a critical role in positioning Al Zorah Beach Resort as a premier luxury destination within UAE and international markets. You will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing/branding initiatives, requiring a creative & analytical mind who can elevate the resort’s visibility, strengthen its digital footprint, and drive business through innovative campaigns and partnerships.

Our Ideal Marketing Manager candidate will have:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. A strong understanding of digital marketing is essential, including proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and paid media strategies. Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills are required, along with familiarity with CRM platforms, graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, and CMS systems, which will be considered a plus.
