JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern that will support the team to drive our marketing agenda and elevate our business against a backdrop of changing consumer behaviour and competitive pressures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main responsibilities:

I. Strategic vision and growth:

  • Support the management in the development of a clear and ambitious vision and growth strategy for the brand portfolio.
  • Adapt plans according to competitor activity and global and local trends.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans.

II. Performance and brand equity:

  • Assist integrated business planning and development of key brand strategies.
  • Support the identification of e-commerce innovations to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Promote consumer-centric approaches across brands.

III. Marketing innovation and engagement:

  • Support the development of innovation strategies in the Italian market.
  • Coordinate market-specific innovation projects and engagement activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in Marketing area.

SKILLS:

  • Creativity.
  • Problem solving.
  • Understanding of the landscape, customer dynamics and media landscape in the Italian Country.
