We are seeking a capable, proactive Marketing Campaign Specialist (Maternity

Cover) who can confidently run multi-channel campaigns, manage our HubSpot CRM

and website CMS, and support the wider marketing team during a key period of

activity.

The ideal candidate will be a solid mid-level marketer -experienced enough to work

autonomously day-to-day. This role can be based in London (UK) or Dublin (Ireland),

and the successful candidate must be available to start in February or March 2026.


Requirements

Campaign Management & Execution

·        Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for

·        the Brand team and also across business divisions.

·        Translate campaign objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and briefs.  Coordinate with internal and external teams (SEO, PR, creative, business

·        divisions, sales) to ensure timely execution.

·        Oversee the rollout of campaign assets across channels specifically for email

·        and website (case studies, landing pages, news articles), also supporting the

·        wider marketing team with social media, brand and event and paid channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Work closely with the wider marketing team, divisional leads and teams, and

·        subject matter experts across a complex global organisation.

·        Lead calls, gather inputs, approvals, and content as needed.

·        Keep stakeholders informed via structured updates and reporting.

CRM & Marketing Automation (HubSpot)

·        Manage HubSpot contact lists, forms, workflows and email sends.

·        Support CRM hygiene and reporting.

·        Support campaign measurement using HubSpot dashboards and analytics.

Website & Content Management

·        Manage updates in our proprietary CMS (copy updates, image swaps, landing

·        pages, case studies).

·        Collaborate with the Website agency on larger UX improvements or content

·        builds.

·        Ensure localisation workflows move smoothly by coordinating with internal

·        teams and vendors.

·        Reporting & Insights

·        Monitor campaign and email performance and identify areas for optimisation.

·        Support quarterly reporting cycles by extracting clear, useful insights from

·        HubSpot and web analytics.

Skills & Experience Required


·        Strong experience in campaign management and asset coordination,

·        3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably across global or multi-

·        region organisations.

·        Experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar: Salesforce

·        Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.).

·        Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace; familiarity with Figma is a

·        plus.

·        Comfortable updating and maintaining website content through a CMS.

·        Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·        A proactive communicator who can work both independently and

·        collaboratively.

·        An interest in creative industries, gaming, or technology.
