We are currently looking to hire a Marketing & Business Support Administrator to join SPS Global's Corporate Team (A Concentric Company).
*This position allows for remote work arrangements from Ireland only.
*This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. Core hours are 9 am - 5 pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Business Support Administrator to assist the Director of Marketing in the delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, and day-to-day operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our Salesforce system and supporting general business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support
- Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events
- Maintain and update mailing lists, contact databases, and asset libraries
- Support website content management, including blog uploads and basic edits
- Liaise with external vendors (e.g., designers, printers) on small projects and deliverables
- Provide formatting and document support across the business (e.g., presentations, spreadsheets)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business needs
- Provide cover during annual leave periods and step up where required
Salesforce & Data Management
- Input and update contacts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Assist in managing leads and ensuring campaign attribution is tracked accurately
- Conduct data cleansing and support reporting needs as required
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain CRM data accuracy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written English
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable posting on social media platforms
- Experience with (or enthusiasm to learn) Salesforce – full training provided
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Travel for this position will be >5%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A marketing-related qualification (e.g. digital marketing certificate, business/marketing diploma)
- An interest in marketing, global security, or emergency response is a bonus
