- Contract Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Location: Open to candidates in LATAM
- Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Modality: Hybrid
- CRM Deal Consistency Review: Ensure deals in the CRM reflect the correct marketing channel and contain accurate, complete information.
- CRM Agenda Management: Prepare and present weekly results, update deal statuses, and track performance against goals.
- CRM Contact Completion: Conduct research to complete contact information and maintain accurate, updated contact databases.
- CRM Workflow Management: Build and update automated workflows, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and lead management.
- Excel Report Development: Extract data from email platforms and CRMs to generate detailed reports using Excel.
- Program & Campaign Development: Build email programs, smart lists, and automation campaigns to support marketing goals.
- Template Creation: Design email and landing page templates tailored to client needs and brand guidelines.
- Testing & QA: Conduct testing to ensure that campaigns, workflows, and assets function as intended across platforms.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Experience working with email platforms such as Klaviyo or Campaign Monitor
- Proven ability to manage large contact lists (10,000+ contacts)
- Experience building and launching email campaigns (HTML and/or plain text)
- Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
- Experience creating and optimizing marketing workflows
- Solid understanding of email marketing performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Experience working with international teams or clients
- Remote work experience
- Experience working with Project Management tools suh as ClickUp
- Hybrid work model for candidates in Caracas / Remote work for other LATAM candidates
