The role holder should be an expert digital marketer with a social and customer-first focus, who can develop, execute, and monitor our marketing communications across a variety of channels. The role will be based out of Dublin Airport and will report directly into ARI Ireland Retail Marketing Manager.  

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, scheduling and deployment of a content calendar across digital touchpoints [in-store digital media CMS; email marketing; social media], driving best practice and ensuring TOV and copy is on brand.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels - engage in social listening, post content, analyse engagement and overall performance to optimise campaigns and content.
  • Create, proofread and edit creative/digital content across different mediums.
  • Develop and create marketing materials ensuring brand guidelines are met.
  • Maintain and grow effective influencer relationships and support partnerships.
  • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Develop, plan and implement digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, working closely with brand partners.
  • Collaborate with commercial and digital teams across ARI, Dublin Airport and Cork Airport to identify and deliver cross-promotional initiatives.
  • Maximise visibility of Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free throughout airport sites and channels, positively impacting revenue.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of best-in-class online initiatives and promotions, while assisting with budget management and key projects, as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Third level qualification in business, digital marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritisation, organisation and project management skills.
  • Proficient in creating, deploying and monitoring social content across all channels.
  • Demonstrate experience managing social media channels and/or paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or travel on occasion, as per business requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, highly motivated, a true collaborator and commercially driven with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Preferred but not essential: Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and content management systems.
