  • Monitor repack execution, exceptions, and constraints using data‑driven insights; proactively identify risks and escalate issues with clear recovery scenarios.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for backorders, shipment roadblocks, and planning deviations, translating findings into process, system, or automation improvements.
  • Manage materials planning activities, including BOM updates, material‑to‑material (M2M) transfers, and stock depletion monitoring, with a focus on reducing manual tracking and Excel dependency.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Local GSC teams, AMP Planning, Customer Service, Artwork, Packaging, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and end‑to‑end process visibility.
  • Track performance against KPIs, update monthly metrics, and analyze trends through dashboards and reports.
  • Actively contribute to digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a contributor and advocate for digital transformation within repackaging planning.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply, repackaging, production, or demand planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify cause‑and‑effect relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP S/4.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, packaging, or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to PCM, repackaging, or in‑market supply models.
  • Experience with ARIBA, Rapid Response Kinaxis, Supply IQ or similar planning systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
