Role: Manager, EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations

Description:
Join our high-performance Sales Strategy and Operations team at Salesforce EMEA, where we drive business growth and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic Manager or Sr. Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) segment, based in our Dublin office.
In this transformational role, you will lead the next chapter of our SMB Business by:
• Partnering with SMB teams to drive and track business performance using a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Owning and optimizing the business operational model and cadence, including forecast calls and business reviews.
• Defining and implementing effective Go-to-Market strategies, including segmentation, planning, headcount allocation, and quota distribution.

Your work will be supported by extensive sales data from the Salesforce platform and collaboration with sales managers and key stakeholders across functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics
- Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders
- Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
- Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of SMB senior leaders
- Own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
- Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies
- Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
Desired Skills/Experience
- 4-8 years work experience in strategy and operations OR a top consulting firm OR high tech company in a highly analytical role
- Solid problem solving skills: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations
- Strong communication skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations
- Team Player: highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
- Bachelor Degree in analytics field (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Business)
