This role partners closely with the Head of Learning and Development to drive cultural initiatives, optimise career development processes, and increase overall wellbeing of people.

Requirements

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Reward Manager to join Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Manage the annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and strong governance across all departments.
  • Coordinate all salary changes and other remuneration matters, ensuring a controlled and standardised approach to total reward.
  • Implement and oversee compliance with Central Bank and EBA reward regulations, including bonus structures, deferrals, and governance requirements.
  • Continuously review and enhance reward policies and frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance, market competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements, gender pay gaps, and broader pay equity metrics, supporting reporting and remediation actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reward benchmarking and market trends within financial services.
  • Produce clear, regular reward reporting for the Head of Reward and the Chief People Officer, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Assist with the analysis and documentation for Remco; ensuring reward structures, incentive arrangements, and MRT processes align with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and the group’s values and strategy.

About you
We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Degree or Masters level qualification.
  • Knowledge of or previous experience in reward and compensation frameworks.
  • Experience working in a financial institution or a highly regulated environment, with strong awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory expectations.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong capability in data analysis and presentation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, high performing reward and HR team.‑performing reward and HR team
