About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Public Relations & Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai! 

This role reports to the Director, Public Relations and Corporate Communications – EMEA and will collaborate and integrate with other cross-functional PR, social media, and marketing leaders across the regional and global commercial organization to support earned PR and media relations strategies within Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including but not limited to:

  • PRSM guidance for over 40 EMEA properties
  • New opening property support
  • Regional media event activation
  • Brand PR agency management in EMEA  
  • Managing ongoing initiatives and regional campaigns
  • Support for regional Executive profiling
  • Guidance on crisis communication and reputation management issues
  • Support elevating social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with the global social media strategies on behalf of the region to drive social media engagement
  • Input into property-level training

You will lead the region’s PR and communications effort through multi-channel marketing; consulting with agencies and properties to ensure brand standards and best practices are understood and embraced.  You will also provide guidance on areas such as direct response programs, development of visual assets, advertising, and campaign planning and execution.

You will strive to fulfill the business needs of the company and determine the highest Return on Investment utilizing advanced analytical approaches as such this position requires a leader with exceptional organizational, strategic marketing and communication, creative and critical thinking, and strong business analytics skills. 

Our Ideal Manager, Public Relations and Corporate Communications – EMEA candidate will:

  • Require a highly collaborative approach from an exceptional communicator who holds a passion for the value of PR and social media in driving earned brand awareness and preference among key audiences and increasing competitive Share of Voice.
  • Be a self-starter who is motivated and proactive in identifying gaps and opportunities and be able to lead and/or influence other internal and external team members who do not have a direct reporting relationship.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work under extremely tight deadlines, and strong project management skills are essential.
  • Be an experienced communications professional with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Be fluent in both English and Arabic, with additional language skills an advantage.
