We are looking for a Manager to help scale and grow our Order Operations team based out of our Dublin, Ireland office. This person will manage a team across the EMEA and APAC regions and will be the go to person for handling escalations as they arise. This person will be working closely with our Deal Desk, Finance, Go-To-Market, Commission, Sales Systems and Engineering teams to help build out existing processes and identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will have people management experience with a successful track record in career growth development, as well as knowledge of the SaaS space with emphasis on Order Operations & Quote to Cash processes. This person will need to be detail oriented, process-minded and able to think quickly on their feet in order to support the needs of a fast growing sales team. Experience in Salesforce with a passion for automation and innovation are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Order Operations team across our EMEA and APAC regions.
- Working with Leadership in Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Engineering and Sales Operations to review processes, improve efficiencies, and create automations in day to day tasks along with optimizing opportunity close workflow for the Order Operations team.
- Be the subject matter expert for all Order Operations business processes and understand how it relates to other teams, i.e. Finance, Engineering.
- Oversee members of the Order Operations team to enhance internal documentation and ensure that it is maintained with the most up to date information.
- Utilize reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Metabase) to manage queues and provide insight into bottlenecks.
- Expand upon documentation of current sales process and identify areas where strategic automation is required to drive scale or velocity
- Liaising with our Sales, Customer Success, Contracts and Finance teams to resolve issues or questions relating to sales orders
- Coach and mentor Order Operations team members on career growth
- Build strong relationships with cross departmental teams to increase collaboration efforts
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Order Management / Revenue Operations or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of people management experience required
- 3+ years experience using Salesforce as primary CRM
- Process automation experience required
- Salesforce CPQ and Billing experience is strongly preferred, not required
- Success in managing and building a team, with proven success in career growth and mentoring leaders
- Strong time management, organization and detail orientation skills
- Strong problem solving skills, being able to track down information or ask the correct people when not all information is present
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears in high volume and fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple departments
- Bachelor's Degree
