Responsibilities:
Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced Manager/Team Leader to oversee critical post-approval account operations. This hands-on operational role focuses on:
- Account maintenance and ongoing servicing.
- Estate processing and administration.
- Document processing and verification.
- Managing additional post-approval operational tasks
- The successful candidate will excel at leading a diverse team in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize resources effectively and respond to the evolving demands of our fast-paced business.
- A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across both existing and new workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent vocational qualification, or demonstrable experience successfully leading teams in finance, technology, or other transferable industries.
- Professional certification or industry qualification demonstrating competency in finance, operations, quality management, production, or related fields
