What You Will Do in This Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers while maintaining hands-on development of automation frameworks
- Architect and implement AI-enhanced testing solutions for complex mobile security applications
- Personally develop automation code using cutting-edge frameworks and AI-powered testing tools
- Integrate machine learning models for test optimization, defect prediction, and visual testing
- Establish QA processes that leverage AI for test case generation and prioritization
- Partner with data science teams to implement ML-based anomaly detection in test results
- Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven test selection strategies
- Build intelligent monitoring systems to identify security vulnerabilities in mobile apps
- Drive innovation in mobile testing through emerging AI technologies and tools
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:
- Advanced proficiency in mobile automation frameworks (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso)
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools (Applitools, or similar)
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Swift or Kotlin with AI framework experience
- Technical leadership experience managing high-performing mobile teams
- Exceptional communication skills that bridge technical and business perspectives
- Talent for balancing delivery excellence with team growth and well-being
- Proven ability to create automation architectures that scale across platforms
- Understanding of mobile security concepts and AI-driven security testing approaches
