We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Mid Market Sales org. In this role you will lead a team of account executives and be responsible for increasing our client base through outbound, inbound and partner channels.


You will:

  • Motivate your team to over achieve
  • Build and run an accurate forecast
  • Develop and hire top talent, as well as enabling existing members
  • Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management 
  • Work with your team on training and development
  • Engage with your team to close out deal in pipeline


You need:

  • Familiar with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce
  • MEDDIC and COM background
  • Experience in tech direct selling
  • Detail oriented, organized and a self-starter.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skill
  • Savvy with data and looking at trend analysis to measure rep performance
  • Able to accurately forecast
  • Have a desire to coach and develop talent
  • Proven track record in running high performing sales teams
  • Fluency in 1 of these languages: Spanish/French/Dutch/Italian
