We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Mid Market Sales org. In this role you will lead a team of account executives and be responsible for increasing our client base through outbound, inbound and partner channels.
You will:
- Motivate your team to over achieve
- Build and run an accurate forecast
- Develop and hire top talent, as well as enabling existing members
- Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management
- Work with your team on training and development
- Engage with your team to close out deal in pipeline
You need:
- Familiar with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce
- MEDDIC and COM background
- Experience in tech direct selling
- Detail oriented, organized and a self-starter.
- Strong coaching and leadership skill
- Savvy with data and looking at trend analysis to measure rep performance
- Able to accurately forecast
- Have a desire to coach and develop talent
- Proven track record in running high performing sales teams
- Fluency in 1 of these languages: Spanish/French/Dutch/Italian
