The Learning Services department is a newly formed function within Customer Services and Experience, as Manager, Learning Services you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HiBob's customer experience, partner enablement and building certification frameworks for HiBob's internal Professional Services team.
This role is perfect for a strategic and operational leader to build, deliver and scale our Learning Services ecosystem. You will be passionate about building a leading customer experience and be responsible for delivering a certification and education program that drives product adoption, reduces time-to-value, and ensures our delivery partners and internal teams maintain the highest technical standards.

What You Bring
- Experience in Education Services, Partner Education or Customer Education within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in building technical certification programs from scratch supported by e-learning content, workshops, case-studies and wider blended learning techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in persona-based curriculum design.
- Capability to design and scale learning globally while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ability to combine individual contributions with managing a small team within Learning Services. Being able to confidently deliver on key outcomes directly, whilst also coaching and developing team members to ensure consistent performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Be comfortable both delivering strategically and operationally within the Learning Services function.
- Lead the design and delivery of HiBob's global Partner, Customer and Internal Education programs to ensure consistent delivery standards and technical competence.
- Build a scalable Certification framework that validates technical competency.
- Develop a library of self-paced e-learning, mirco-learning and just-in-time assets to support customer onboarding and ongoing adoption.
- Build out Implementation good practice library and content repository for internal and partner use to support consistent delivery practices.
- Over time, identify and build persona-based learning paths for the multiple stakeholder types who leverage the HiBob platform for their daily HR, Payroll and Finance needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that learning paths reflect the ongoing developments in HiBob's platform and reflect product updates.
- Identify internal educational needs and deliver learning paths to support certification.
- Manage a small team of Learning Service Specialists.
- Partner with external stakeholders and hold them accountable to delivery needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Partners, Professional Services, Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure stakeholder requirements understood and built into the program.
