We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Manager, IT Support and Operations to lead our internal support team based in Dublin, Ireland, serving the EMEA region.
ABOUT THE JOBIn this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related functions, including:

· User Assistance: Deliver exceptional service and support to our users, enhancing their experience and productivity.
- The responsibilities outlined below encapsulate the main duties of the role, highlighting leadership, technical expertise, strategic alignment, and operational management aspects of the position.
- Manage and supervise the IT support team in the EMEA region, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Champion IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the larger Enterprise IT Operations team to align regional IT strategies with the organization's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs.
- Partner with manufacturing technical teams to deliver IT solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support in resolving escalated IT issues.
- Monitor IT operations performance for the region and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
- Build a function that manages new office deployments, including procurement and deployment of hardware and software.
- Participates in after hours on-call support for computer, network and systems issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise management roles
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of network and systems infrastructure and cloud services.
- Proven track record of managing IT projects and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally as business needs require
- Must posses the legal right to permanently live and work in Republic of Ireland
- Relevant certifications (ex. PMP, CompTIA, ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco)
- Experience with Zoom and VTC related hardware and software
- Understanding of ITIL framework and its application
- Experience in a Zero trust/beyond corporate environment
- Experience in leading technical teams in hardware manufacturing businesses
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
