Join us as an HCP Engagement & Contracting Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring compliant and efficient interactions with the healthcare community. A Typical Day:

  • Oversee the end-to-end engagement and contracting process with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organizations across international markets.
  • Act as the go-to expert for international commercial teams, providing guidance on HCP engagement and sponsorship processes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals and online resources, while coordinating training programs for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment in engagement practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HCP engagement and contracting processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation and management of procedural documents to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and government regulations, conducting reviews and supporting internal audits.
  • Drive process optimization by implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
