Manager, Global Product Management (Beyond Issuing), Advanced Analytics

Overview
Advanced Analytics drives AI based solutions and products at a globally scalable level across the different customer lifecycle stages, credit risk management, operational and strategic analytics.
Customer engagement and loyalty serves as a key differentiator to optimize and grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients. To this end, developing and managing a suite of product solutions through internal and external partnerships, creative constructs, solid frameworks, and executable roadmaps are crucial drivers for commercialization and business impact.
This role is for an experienced product manager who will work across cross functional teams as Data & Engineering, Regional Product, Business Development, Client Delivery & Governance to deliver truly differentiated products.. This role will report into Director of Global Product Management for Financial Institutions.
The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to:
- Act as an expert, advocate and champion for data driven insights products 
- Lead global product management team efforts with analytically-driven input into strategic business plans and product roadmaps
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales, usage and continuous product enhancement
- Contribute to the rollout of new targeting solutions to emerging segments (e.g., commercial players, account to account/real time payments , treasury areas) across all types of financial institutions 
- Partner with Engineering and Program management teams to support existing product enhancements and new product launches
- Drive documentation, requirements gathering, and project management excellence
- Effectively communicate strategy and vision up and down the organization

- Customer centric: strong focus on delivering customer value and experienced in building strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and features
- Strong communication and influencing abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate drive for result and a desire to succeed, follow through commitments and push self and others to deliver exceptional results
- Be a successful team player with strong experience in Product management/development utilizing data and building self-service user experiences
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in Agile product management, particularly with analytical products and/or business intelligence solutions
- Strong experience with analytical solutions designed for payments or a related financial services sectors preferred
- Knowledge and skills using product management tools, (e.g. market and product plans, project timelines, marketing research, pricing, business case development)
- Great organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and competing tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication, collaboration and management skills.
- Experience in the real time payments or account to account payments or treasury analytics space is a plus.
