Role Overview:

The Global Corporate Services Manager - spearheads a dynamic team responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate solutions on a global scale, including but not limited to expansion, entity incorporation and maintenance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company restructuring, and compliance. The role  involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest level of work, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, planning team workload. Working closely with all cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of corporate services and support the company’s international growth.  This is a global role and not limited to any set country or jurisdiction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team.

    • Lead a team comprising direct reports (and indirectly from other Deel departments), ensuring high performance and effective client service delivery.

  • Global Expansion and Corporate Structure Advisory:

    • Plan, assess, lead and oversee all Deel entities incorporations globally.

    • Structuring high complexity country launches.

  • Corporate Governance:

    • Oversee all internal corporate matters, including expansion, entity maintenance, M&A, company restructuring, and compliance.

    • Ensure all corporate actions comply with local and international regulations.

    • Coordinate with various departments to manage corporate changes and maintain proper documentation.

    • Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

    • Advise senior management on corporate governance matters and best practices.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

    • Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.

    • Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure successful M&A transactions.

    • Lead post-merger restructuring of group companies.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure all corporate services are delivered in compliance with local and international regulations.

    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with corporate services.

    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the team’s adherence to compliance requirements.

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage projects related to global corporate matters, ensuring timely and successful completion.

    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

    • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 8 + years of proven experience in managing global incorporations, registrations, and compliance processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to improve and streamline processes and procedures.

  • Strong understanding of corporate structures and substantive law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and as a people manager.

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to manage relationships with global partners, including accountants and law firms.
