  • Supporting Supplier Relationship Managers through ad hoc analysis of price increase requests and contract terms

  • Support market-engagement events by designing supplier questionnaires and cost-transparency templates and by conducting detailed bid analyses to inform sourcing decisions.

  • Develop and refine material and product cost structures to support market-movement forecasting, budgeting, and supply-disruption analysis.

  • Equip Procurement category teams with fact-based negotiation strategies, cost insights, and supporting analysis for supplier discussions.

  • Build cost-engineering capability across Supply Chain Procurement and business partners by delivering training on should-cost principles, supplier cost transparency, supplier financial analysis, and related negotiation applications.

  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps and root causes, challenge assumptions and methods, and develop practical solutions to complex problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and value-chain partners and to embed best practices in cost engineering, analytics, supplier transparency, and negotiation.

Preferred:
