Manager of Client Legal - Corporate Services

Location: Luxembourg

Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Hours: Full-time, 40h/week

The salary range for this specific role will be € 80.000 – € 90.000 gross per year.

The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:


  • Managing and developing a team of 3–4 Legal & Corporate Services professionals.
  • Allocating work, setting priorities, and overseeing team delivery.
  • Reviewing team outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coaching team members and supporting performance management activities.
  • Acting as escalation point for technical, operational, and client matters.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of SPVs, including AML/KYC requirements.
  • Reviewing and approving legal and corporate documentation prepared by the team.
  • Overseeing transaction closings, restructurings, and liquidations.
  • Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and CSC group companies.
  • Reviewing and approving team timesheets.
  • Supporting process improvements and risk mitigation.


What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?


  • More than 6 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
  • Team leading skills
  • Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EU Funds investment area
  • A team player in international environment
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
