We are currently seeking a Manager, Biostatistics to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager in Biostatistics at ICON, you will lead a team of biostatisticians in designing and analyzing clinical trial data to support regulatory submissions and ensure the successful development of innovative therapies. Your expertise will be essential in guiding statistical methodologies and ensuring high-quality data analysis across projects.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing the statistical design and analysis of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Leading and mentoring a team of biostatisticians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide statistical input into study protocols, analysis plans, and final reports.
- Reviewing and validating statistical deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting results.
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in biostatistics and contributing to the continuous improvement of statistical processes.
Your Profile:
- Master's or PhD degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in biostatistics within clinical research, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and data analysis techniques relevant to clinical trials.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex statistical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
