Job Description
Manager
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai
Department: Technology
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Job Shift: 12PM IST - 9PM IST
Mode: Hybrid
Experience Range: 12 - 15 years
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage the project delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Development and QAto ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  5. Manage and escalate project requirements and issues to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring timely resolution.
  6. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
  7. Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  8. Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  9. Proactive approach to ensure least issues on client delivery & service.
  10. Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
  11. Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
  12. Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
  13. Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
  14. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  15. Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
