The Opportunity
Great opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced logistics team with a client facing focus. The Logistics Performance Management team is the conduit between the client and the back-end carrier management team in ESW. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of supply chain logistics, be very organised with the ability to work at a fast pace working on own initiative and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily Logistics operations with Client & our Carrier Management teams
- Coordinate activities and tasks which support ESW Client support processes and meetings
- Action recurring and ad-hoc tasks in the Global Logistics team on time to a high quality
- Create and issue KPI reports to Clients & internally relevant to Logistics Performance
- Present KPI results and corrective action plans to Clients & internal functional teams
- Support internal Client facing teams in execution of meetings and Client engagements
- Work closely with Operations, Carrier partners and Customer Services on issue resolution
- Manage and respond to queries and tickets on time with high quality
- Demonstrate strong Client relation skills and positive company image during all interactions
- Ensure all activities are managed in a timely fashion and undertake additional administrative tasks to support
Daily Tasks
- Prepare Client & internal KPI reports, PowerPoint decks and Excel analysis outputs
- Manage and coordinate daily action logs internally and externally
- Support Client Service Management reviews & preparation and record / issue minutes, actions accordingly.
- Manage and triage incident tickets, relevant to LPM team and close within expected SLA.
- Manage and triage the LPM email inbox and escalate issues as required.
- Update weekly executive report with relevant callouts from previous week.
- Attend daily carrier review call and record relevant actions into the action logs.
- Attend onboarding calls and create retailer facing Logistics SOP.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in Global e-commerce Logistics & Supply Chain, Airfreight & Last Mile delivery preferred
- Excellent operational organisation skills, detailed schedule planning & on time task completion
- Competent in the Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BI Tooling & Monday.com
- Excellent Client facing communication skills & PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce business is desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team and to show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
