We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our team in Ireland as Logistics and Sales Administrator.

In the role of logistic and sales administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Order books for outstanding spares and finished goods.
  • Stocktakes and Stock Reconciliation.
  • Coordinating customer deliveries.
  • Stock maintenance, including item creation, outstanding orders and system errors.
  • Supporting credit control regarding POD’s/Customer queries, investigation and resolution of customer queries.
  • Assisting with order input when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for each role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft office suite experience.
  • A flexible attitude combined with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional , calm and focused in pressure situations.
