Will have knowledge and expertise regarding the legal system and procedural law which qualify them to do some work of a legal nature but will work under supervision of a qualified legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and perform complex administrative and organizational tasks to ensure continuity of higher-level administrative processes.
- Legal support for low to medium-level complexity legal activities, including contracting, M&A and divestment transactions.
- Identifying legal, financial and business contract issues; contract management; legal research; responding to contract requests; client counseling on contract issues and company policies; Responsible for knowledge management, cost and records management.
- Generating, negotiating and finalizing contracts using Novartis approved templates.
- Board Resolutions, Maintaining Officers List, Corporate Filings, support M&A, Taxes and BDL functions, POA, and insolvency matters.
- Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestment/Divestitures, SOX, Data Privacy, Litigation.
- Providing input and updates to SMEs for the litigation and monthly reconciliation reports; calendar due dates; document management; document review; responding to discovery requests and review and support document production; conducting interviews; conducting research.
- Compiling key custodian lists. Preparing and administering document preservation notices (DPN) including custodian inquiries.
- Reporting technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Essential Requirements:
- Law degree graduated or equivalent
- Good contract management experience
- Experienced dealing with complexity
- Worked in a global environment
- Strong Project Management and Operations Management and Execution skills
- Excellent communications skills in English written and verbal
- Digital and Technology Savvy
- A customer service mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience in the pharma industry
