About The Team:

The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.

We are seeking a Legal Executive to join our Legal & Compliance team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting in-house legal teams or busy legal departments. Reporting to the General Counsel, this person will play a central role in ensuring the efficient administrative functioning of the legal and compliance function, while also owning certain repeatable legal processes end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

● Draft, review, and manage standard-form legal documents, including:

       · NDAs

       · Bailment Agreements

       · Letters of Authorization / Signature Confirmations

● Coordinate the execution process for contracts and other legal documents (physical and electronic signatures, DocuSign, etc.)

● Manage legal document storage and filing systems, ensuring version control and accessibility

● Maintain the legal and compliance calendar:

       · Track expiry and renewal of contracts, certificates, and filings

       · Coordinate regular compliance events (e.g. export filings, regulatory returns)

● Support basic export licensing processes:

       · Maintain internal records of export classifications and licenses

      · Prepare routine license applications under supervision

● Liaise with other departments including Finance, Sales, and HR on various commercial and compliance matters.

● Organise internal compliance and legal training sessions (scheduling, materials, tracking attendance)

● Support due diligence as needed

● Act as liaison with external counsel and service providers for routine matters

● Provide administrative support to the [General Counsel] and Legal team as required


Qualification and Experience

● 2 years plus experience in a legal executive, legal admin, or paralegal role

● Familiarity with legal processes and terminology (esp. commercial contracts, compliance)

● Highly organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail

● Comfortable handling confidential information

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
